MMA Fighter Strength and Conditioning session with Luke "BigSlow" Barnatt. Luke is a former UFC Middleweight contender and now one of the top ACB Light Heavyweight contenders in the division.

Prior to his last fight in March 2018, we went through a weightlifting program to help his adaptation from Middleweight to Light-Heavyweight.
