Introduction to kettlebell lifting
This introduction course is designed to teach the basic and essential movements of using a kettlebell. After the basic movements and pricipals are taught, we then perform a workout specifically designed to illustrate how the kettlebell can be the most versitle fitness too available.
A perfect workshop for beginners looking to start their journey into fitness, or even the high level athlete looking to add new tools to their already existing training regime.
The Introduction seminar can range between 90-mins to 2 hours. Within this time, there is plenty of lifting, discussion, analyzing and most importantly having fun with a great crew of people!
