Some small tiny tweaks can add reps to your snatches. I am not the physically strongest lifter, so I have to use all the little tips and tweaks I can find to get my reps. These little tips allowed me to not only add more reps, but also allow me to snatch heavier bells (36, 40, 44kg) :
-Shift the weight to the opposite leg
-Raise the heel
-Lean back + weight shift to use all your body weight
-Slightly look up as the bell travels to create more pull
Try adding this to your snatch sets and see how much more the weight floats to overhead.
